Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening, depending upon where you reside on this planet. My name
is Damian Baker, and I am the Chief Accountability Officer (CAO) of the Brainability Unity Company (Buc). I
currently live on a planet where some human beings are encountering day-to-day challenges.
Some of those challenges include:
1. Sourcing clean drinking water
2. Struggling to feed themselves/ their families/ their communities
3. Have no roof over their head
I refuse to believe that this needs to be the situation, and I am going to help & support as many of these human
beings as humanly possible.
Section 4:
Where Does My Compassion And Empathy Begin?:
My compassion and empathy begins at home!... In and around the areas to where I reside. It is a beautiful & picturesque valley located in the East Midlands of England, called Erewash Valley. As I travel around the local
areas, I see human beings on the streets because they are homeless. I also know that many of these human
beings are hungry/ have empty stomachs, because they literally do not have two pennies to rub together.

A Year Of Inspiration:
"The internet is the most powerful tool that humanity has ever been handed. It enables the sharing of information across the planet in milliseconds."
Back in 2016, just by chance, I came across the most inspirational video on the internet that I have ever watched. Within less than two weeks of watching that one video, I was making sandwiches in my kitchen at home, travelling
to Derby city centre, handing them out to the homeless & conversing with them in the city centre. I did this once a week, for three months during the summer months. I very quickly learned about a very different world that exists amongst that of general society. In all honesty, at the time, I had no idea that these human beings were to become
the most inspirational beings that I have ever come across in my short life so far!... ALL of them! That is because...
1. They are a community of human beings that coalesce together
2. They energize & lift each other up
3. Some of them have employment but no roof over their heads
4. They are all strong, resilient and just keep going regardless of being down on their luck
A Few Of Their Challenges Include:
1. Past experiences at the hands of other human beings
2. Once they get to the point of homelessness, it is quite hard for them to find their way back up again
3. Some of them prefer to sleep on the streets, because it is safer than staying in one of the three hostels in
the city centre

Shining Lights:

Just one year earlier, 2015 was, without any shadow of a doubt, the toughest year of my short life so far! I had
been made redundant from my employment the previous year (2014), and I then got in to such a bad place
financially & mentally that I had planned how I was going to end my own life!... It was my own fault because,
rather than seeking employment straight away, I decided to live off my redundancy currency, therefore I am NOT a victim!... But thankfully, over time, I managed to overcome my own personal challenges. But I was ready & prepared
to totally give-up, long before I had even got to a point where I could have been homeless. This is why these human beings are such an absolute inspiration to me, because of one thing, and one thing alone!...

My Plan Of Action:

1. After very careful consideration & selection, this website will be sent-out to human beings in different areas of
the planet. It is in the hope that this website may spark something within their own imaginations. A spark that might
be able to help them to increase awareness of their challenges, work/ raise additional funds for their own already existing up & running operations and programs.
PLEASE NOTE: This will be non-financial help & support from me.
2. Raise funds here so that I am then able to go out and provide help & support for those human beings in the
local areas to where I reside.

As funds come in, they will be used to finance my own operation for the homeless in and around my local areas.
Those funds will be used to provide:
1. Drinks
2. Food
3. Clothing, blankets etc.
4. A roof over their heads
... And anything else I can think of along the way!...
EXAMPLE = To try to think of ways to help enable & equip them so that they can try to find their way
back into general society

Step 1
